Lizzie Carr, an experienced innovation and brand specialist with over 15 years experience in global marketing positions, gaining breadth and depth through holding both client and agency consultant roles. My background spans across brands in a breadth of sectors from food and beverage, home and personal care, fashion and technology; within both developed and developing markets.
Here are a selection of projects I have led either in-house or as an agency consultant.
GLOBAL INNOVATION PROCESS
Creation and implementation of an Innovation Process used across the business to build successful brand and benefit-led Innovation Pipelines. Includes the launch of numerous global innovations applied across brand within the first 2 years of implementation.
BRAND RENOVATION INNOVATION
Brand Renovation Innovation Clinic and Pipeline creation for Timisoreana, Romania's number 1 beer. Led to a line extension launch for the brand.
GLOBAL INNOVATION PLATFORMS
Unilever, Haircare R&D
Identification of global innovation platforms to define R&D investment for the next 5 – 10 year. The Styling Platform Roadmap adopted technology resource aligned against it.
CLAIMS INNOVATION PROCESS
Unilever - Persil, Comfort / Snuggle and Dove
Conception and implementation of a new global claims development process. Resulted in new claims for all three brands being launched onto the market.
WHITE SPACE BRAND CREATION
Cloudhopper, SABMiller PLC
New brand and liquid creation defined around a functional differentiator for a ‘white space' opportunity to help win back share for lager from white wine. Work includes a successful UK Pilot study.
